Southeastern College Named one of the Fastest Growing Companies in South Carolina

Southeastern College’s Charleston campus (formerly Southeastern Institute Charleston) has been named one of the fastest growing companies in South Carolina for 2020 by SC Biz News. Twenty large companies and 20 small companies earned a spot on the, known as the Roaring Twenties, which is presented annually by SC Biz News.

“We are incredibly pleased to be named among the fastest growing companies in South Carolina,” said Robert Keiser, Southeastern Institute Executive Director. “Southeastern College continues to grow because of the dedication and commitment we place on ensuring our students succeed.”

The honor recognizes the state’s fastest-growing companies based on both dollar and percentage increases in revenue from 2018-2019. In order to qualify for the Roaring Twenties designation, companies must have a physical presence in South Carolina and be a for-profit entity or a nonprofit organization.

“Southeastern College’s growth has been achieved as a result of the hard work of our dedicated faculty and staff,” said Keiser. “Every member of the Southeastern team prides themselves on providing our students with an exceptional experience.”

Companies were organized into two categories according to gross revenue. Small companies earned less than $10 million in revenue and must have had revenues of at least $500,000 each year for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019. Large companies were classified as having earned more than $10 million in revenue. View the complete list of winners here.

Profiles of the winning companies will be published in the winter issue of SCBIZ magazine. The winners will be honored with a virtual event on October 15, 2020.
