1. All courses and related coursework must be completed satisfactorily; I must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA.
2. I must upload a copy of my resume to the online career center. The Department of Student Services is available for assistance.
3. All financial obligations to the college must be met prior to receiving my degree or official transcripts.
4. I must obtain clearance signatures from the Dean, Bursar, Financial Aid, Librarian and Student Services to complete any necessary exit interviews.
5. I must attend a graduation seminar at the beginning of my last semester of classes prior to graduation.

Statement of Understanding Professionalism
I understand and agree to the following guidelines as part of the expectations outlined when using placement assistance through Southeastern College:
1. I will maintain a current address and phone number with the College at all times.
2. I will maintain a current résumé on file with Student Services while actively job seeking.
3. I will notify Student Services when an employer referred by the College contacts me for an interview.
4. I will ALWAYS show up for any interviews scheduled as a result of a job lead from the Student Services office of Southeastern College.
5. If an unforeseeable emergency prevents me from attending a scheduled interview, I will contact the employer as well as the Student Services office of Southeastern College prior to the scheduled interview. If it is impossible to notify the involved parties prior to the interview, I will contact them during the same day of the scheduled interview.
6. I will return all phone calls / messages left for me from the College or potential employers.
7. I will dress professionally for all interviews scheduled.
8. I will arrive 10 – 15 minutes early for all interviews scheduled.
9. I will prepare myself in advance with knowledgeable questions for all interviews.
10. I will notify the Student Services office if I am offered and / or accept employment.
