This online transcript request form is for students who attended our WEST PALM BEACH CAMPUS. If you are requesting a transcript for any other campus, please select your campus on the left menu. There is a $5.00 per transcript fee payable by completing the online form below. You may also contact us to conduct your transaction over the phone.

You can also pay by check or money order by downloading and completing this form and mailing it to the attention of the Campus Registrar. If you require expedited or certified delivery, please contact the Campus Registrar before submitting your transcript request.

As it is the desire of Southeastern College to serve its active and alumni student body, we also have the responsibility to insure/verify accuracy of all file data. Therefore, before such data is released, a file audit is required. All transcripts will be forthcoming in a timely manner to best serve the student/College and all other entities. Your patience and understanding is appreciated. As per the catalog, please request the transcript two weeks in advance of the date needed.
